I'm a disabled Vietnam vet who became a veterans advocate.  I now help veterans
that are trying to file a claim with the Veterans Adminstration.  Now,  I am in
need of a program (Record Keeping) in order to keep all this data in some sort
of order.

As a disabled vet and doing this work for free for all local vets, a low price
is a high priority here...the budget usually only allows for an ocassional diet
coke!

If you can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
