Some partial differential equations are known to be solved with BEM.However
if the eigenvalue has to be solved simultaneously, the problem becomes much
complicated. Here I propose a software which can solve a certain parial 
differntial equation (i.e.Helmholtz equation) scanning its eigenvalue.
