Enterprise is not an isolated island, but a metropolis where different
groups are working together with a unique scope in mind: to develop better
products and to be able to provide the best customer support for the systems
already deployed.

In order to have a successful Software System development and deployment a
tight integration must exists between the different groups involved in the
creation of a Software Application (development, QA and business analysts)
and the department who in the end will have to support it: The Help Desk.

In designing VHD, we had closely monitor that process from the design and
test phase to the deployment and support of the final system and realized
that there was a void in the market place for a tool that will offer this
capabilities in a flexible, easy to use fashion.

And we offered the solution: VHD Application.

In order to meet the requirements for all the groups involved in the life of
a Software Project, VHD was design in a modular fashion. The four modules
comprising the VHD application are:

1.Help Desk
  2.Issue Tracker
   3.Test Script
    4.Administration

While each of these modules can be used as a standalone application, the
full benefit is achieved by using the system as a whole.
