I would suggest that you use SalReportTablePrint anyway and used
report variables (search for SalReportSetStringVar in the online-help)
to add the data from the Toolbar. As far as I am aware (and I have
quite some years of CTD experience) there is no other way to do that
beside using an other reporting tool.

Maybe additionally you do want to take a look at the site mentioned
below and download or Report-Wizard Evaluation if designing list style
reports is a topic for you.
