of Paul's Graphics Viewer v3.10 a very high speed graphics application.

The FASTEST low cost graphics viewer which includes many features such as
fast load and exit, with the ability to control the order in which files are
displayed from ASCII file lists and, is ideal for viewing INTERNET graphics
files.

What is Paul's Graphics Viewer?
Paul's Graphic Viewer is a very high speed 32 bit Windows program for
viewing graphic files in the most common graphics formats. It may be used as
a stand alone Windows program or be used as a graphics driver for programs
such as File Manager, Explorer or ZTreeWin.

Paul's Graphics Viewer is capable of displaying the files in various sizes
and variable aspect ratios (changed by dragging the corner of the bitmap).
Arguments may be passed in to the program to allow linking with other
programs or from batch files.

under windows 3.1 if WIN32s is loaded. PGV runs optimally with at least 16
MBytes of RAM for high speed and requires only 738K for full installation.
