Hi all,

Does anyone have a draft software development agreement that I could use. I
am doing a few commercial database products, and have been caught in the
past on people changing the scope of the program as I am writing it. I want
to have something that will nail down the program.

I know the main part of it will be down to me, but I also want to know if
any other programmers out there have a basic template they use, and if they
would share it.
