Win95 and IBM Thinpad

I had to re-install win95 ( directly from CD which came from IBM with the
Think[ad385 D. All went fine. but the screen is only 75% filled. Downloading
the latest video driver ( Neomagic ) allows all kinds of colors, but does
not change the 75 % bit.

Any idea what to do to get the full screen bacvk?
