I need your help. I bought a computer without operating system and tried to
install win98 by myself. However, it was not that easy. I installed but it
was wrong so I had to delete everything.
Can you tell me what to do?

You have to be more specific. For instance: Did you format your HD? Did you
use a CD with Windows98 specially for new computers? Or did you use an W98
Upgrade-CD? In the last case it will (probably) not work.

what was wrong?

don't be put off because some of your peripherals were not working
first time round. get a good basic operating system installed first,
then configure 'the bells and whistles' after you're happy you have a
nice clean OS to work from.
