As you may know, I live in Norfolk but work in Cambridge.   Yesterday, I 
went into a department where they were listening to  the local radio 
station, Heart 103.  Heart is one of these self-styled "cool" radio 
stations, who cater to the yoof audience.  They were playing "Mountain 
Sound" by Of Monsters And Men.  After it finished, the DJs were waxing 
lyrical over the superb "new" single.

Er...  have I missed something?

They may be cool, but they don't seem to have their collective finger on the 
pulse...
