I'm having a problem dialing out, due to my use of AGT's 'Call
answer' service.
The problem lies in the fact that whenever I have messages
waiting, I get a sort of 'pulsing' dial tone, which the modem
refuses to recognize, and then refuses to dial.
As a workaround, I am manually picking up the fone, and waiting
10 seconds until the standard dial done replaces the 'alert' dial
tone, and then dialing, however, this is a bit of a pain in the
buttocks.
Can anyone provide me with a better solution?
