I have this problem. When I try to open a web based document in Adobe, I get this message that it cannot extract IMPEG Times Roman. Drawing error occurred. Certain characters may not appear. I then clicked okay and the document is half missing.
What can I do to fix this. Is a repair or patch available? Will having more than one version loaded be at fault?
