I have a requirement, where I need to be able to location (X,Y coordinates) of hyperlinks in the PDF document. I understand I can convert PDF to text or XML but that does not provide me location of hyperlinks.

Acrobat Capture doesn't do that sort of thing. It is an OCR engine.
The best forum to ask in is the Acrobat SDK forum (assuming you own
Acrobat).
