Unable to fill screen: Using Adobe Digital Editions am not able to fill screen with page. On Toolbar only able to see a part of page at one time. On Default Screen cannot find 1)'Select & Zoom Toolbar' and 2)'View>Zoom>Fit Page.'?? Where are these options located?
