Is there any ebook format that really is secure?? I've seen the non-copyable (supposedly) ones and they don't even look like a book, just a 1000 word-long web page. You can lock a PDF with a password and prevent it from being copied, but that is about it. But a traditional book is the same way. I routinely buy a book and then pass it on to someone I think might like it. Same deal. If you make your password some monster thing (mine are typically 30 characters), you won't get too many pirates. Frankly, unless you plan to make over $10,000 > writing a book (so you can afford the copy protection services), don't > bother using a pdf format!
