I'll admit I find it at times inconvenient to not be able to copy text from the PDF, but I've just kind of gotten used to the limitation. And when I'm the eBook creator, I do like the ability to lock the eBook. It may not prevent copywrite infringement, but it does make those who want to steal it work harder. I've never used a PDA for reading eBooks, so that's an interesting perspective I've not considered before.
