After downloading eBook Reader, I attempted to install soon into the install process, the following "Severe" message comes up and prevents the install process from continuing further: Severe The following program(s) were found which are incompatible with the Acrobat eBook Reader. ,First Aid Please uninstall them before continuing this installation. I had McAfee Office on my computer. First Aid is included in the Office Suite. I removed (using "Uninstall McAfee Office") all the Office products. The error message still returns. I've done file searches for anything related to "First Aid". There seems to be no trace of the products, yet the very unhelpful message still comes up on each install atempt. Attempting to "install" from SAFE MODE results with the same message. I've reinstalled the complete McAffee Office Suite and then uninstalled it again - still no change. Now, a month later, the initial overwelming frustration has passed and hopefully someone will have a solution to this nightmare. Notes: IE 6.0.2600 Win98SE I have downloaded eBook Reader twice (in case first time was corrupted)
