It doesn't sound dissimilar from my problem (Constant crashes - Windows ME). Mine seems to crash all the time, and restarting eBook reader reboots the computer. Are you running any anti-virus software? I use Norton, and sometimes that interferes with programs. However, turning it off doesn't seem to help in this case. I also run InCD, something called Dragon dictate, which occasionally claims to run out of memory whilst I'm using eBook reader. Things frequently freeze too. Maybe we can get together and see if we have anything in common? I run a Pentium III, 750MHz processor with 64MB RAM. What about you? Hilary
