THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANY E-BOOK!!!!! My case is even worse. I tried to download my 1st e-book to my computer at home without success. Without knowing the nuisances (no warning from Adobe nor the publisher!), I tried it back in the office. Hard luck, I made it. Company policy does not allow installing any software without approval. I have to remove it the next day - well, I can use the book for ONE day. Of couse, that was my 1st and LAST e-book!
