Running OS X 3+, Acrobat Pro 7 Distiller. After setting-up a watched folder and loading custom PDF/X-1a settings, Distiller was restarted. Fat Postscript page files were printed from QXP 6.5 directly to the watched In folder. The Postscripts distilled and generated a log file and moved tyhe Postscript to the Out folder. The log indicated that there were no problems encountered and the last line read <PDF/X>, but no PDF file was generated. In the Distiller Log window the PDF Icon for the files all had yellow, triangular shaped "warning" signs. The distiller appeared to check and verify the file but did not produce a corresponding PDF. PDFs, however, were generated when the same postscript files were physically dragged onto the Distiller. Has anyone encountered this? Did yoiu find a solution? Anxious to know, Ol'Dawg
