I am new to making .pdfs and am having difficulty with the comments section. I want to turn a 30 page Word doc. into a comment-able pdf. I get an error message- something isn't right, please print it out of the original prgram; so I print .pdf out of Word. When I open it, I can get the comment area at the bottom of the page, but I haven't figured out how to write a comment in it. 1) is there something I need to turn on? In Word or Reader? 2) can you turn on & off the comment section? 2) can you allow comments in the text; how? 3) where is all this covered? Tutorials? Acrobat 8.1 / Reader 9 Mac Quicksilver PPC.
