With the ipaq not connected to the sync pc, soft reset the ipaq (stylus in the reset hole) When it reboots, before you start anything else, open file explorer, find the file and tap/hold/delete If the file is on the pc, move or delete it from the sync folder before you connect the ipaq to the pc. If the file can't be deleted, don't start adobe, sync the ipaq with the pc copy deleted and see if that works... if not, open file explorer on the pc and check the file properties to see if something marked it with an attribute.
