Reset Form doesnt work!

Ive designed a form in adobe pro 7, and all works fine when transferred to my pocket pc except the reset form button - i get an error message to do with javascript, ive got a send by email button which works fine on both pc and ppc.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? if so is there a way around it?
