Joe, Have you tried re-downloading the installer and reinstalling, then uninstalling it? Additionally you can delete the Installshield directories located at c:\program files\Installshield Installation Information and c:\program files\common files\Installshield. You can delete them without causing any problems, as the next time an installshield installer is used, they are replaced. You may need to "show hidden files and folders" in your tools>folder options>View menu to see them. Hope this helps!
