I have several people using PPC-6700s and Treo 700Ws and they are getting the error when trying to install - Error: SGC10 is not a valid pocket pc application. These are all brand new devices and any assistance would be helpful as I have 160 users on these devices. Also some people aren't having a problem with the installation even though they are on the exact same type of device. These are WM5 devices running the most current ROM version for Cingular, Verizon and Alltel. The odd thing is that everyone who has tried can install the flash player program but not the Reader. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
