First, unless your goal is to read encrypted adobe ebooks, there is no real reason to install version 2.

If you still want to uninstall version one

soft reset your device (see your device manual) to assure acrobat and any pdf's are closed

start/settings/system/removeprograms then, find and highlight acrobat reader and tap "remove"
