I just solved this problem on my computer. This may or may not apply to you, but let me tell you what I found. When active-sync tries to move a PDF file to your PDA, the first thing it does is look for the tools it needs to tag that file. To find these tools, it goes to the folder where you first installed Adobe 2.0 on your computer. In my case, I moved that folder, thinking I could conserve hard disk space. You might also have deleted that folder, thinking it was no longer needed once Adobe 2.0 was on your PDA. In my case, once I put those files back in the same place where they were installed, the functionality was restored. I hope this helps. good luck!
