I cannot read a pdf file with traditional Chinese? Can anyone tell me how to solve this language problem? Is a language pack for traditional Chinese needed? But I can't find it through the Adobe website!

If it is a fonts issue, you can copy the fonts used in the pdf to the adobe reader fonts folder and give that a try.

\program_files\adobe\acrobat...\resource\font...
