You could do a screen capture using an image editor (Irfanview is free) 
or view the pdf in Foxit Reader instead of Adobe's, which has a screen 
capture built in.

If it's a vector graphic and you want better detail, you might want to 
zoom into each section of the drawing before you capture, then stitch 
the parts together with an image editing program.
