I have attempted on numerous occasions to download a file from the GRE website.  I have a 56k connection, and Compuserve is my ISP.  When I click to begin downloading the file transfer will start, but the the message in the bottom will say done after only about a quater of the file is transfered and there is nothing downloaded.  Can anybody tell me what the probelm is and what to do?  Thanks.
