9.2.2 OS and missing BIBCarbonLib

Since updating to MAC OS 9.2.2, I can't launch Acrobat Reader 5 because "BIBCarbonLib is missing". What is it? I can't find it to download it or identify it or anything. My CaronLib is the latest version 1.5. What?
