I don't understand why you think it is unrelated. I read the faq. I was contacted by the maker of the faq about the broken link. I looked in my Acrobat installation and some of the files that the author of the Faq recommends copying to a CD, are not there. Implied is the notion that I will have to use AcroRead to access and copy these files. From my point of view, the question about the two programs coexisting is vitally related to the problem of how to go about transferring files to a CD. BUT!!! if you would simply read my questions instead of jumping to conclusions, the follow-up questions I asked were STILL about how to install or uninstall AcroRead. To be sure, I added some background info but it was a comment only. I am a webmaster and have my own forum that I administer and moderate (this is comment only) I know how much trouble it can be to have folks posting off topic but I thought I was careful in that regard. So I have to assume that I have trod on some tender toes... I apologize if I offended you.
