Yes, Robert, I suggest you read message number 2.   

People like you guys really make me feel like I am wasting my time in here when  I tell someone exactly why  they are having the  problem,  provide a way to get around the problem, and explain that there is no fix for the problem until the printer manufacturers update their drivers, and then everyone choruses "I have the same problem.  How do I fix it?"
