I have this problem. Running OS 10.1.4 and Reader 5.05. Re-installing Reader 5.05 did not fix it. I think that when I first installed Reader this did not happen, and I agree with eyesore that this is probably a problem with the OS X Finder or some other system file. If anyone has a fix or an idea, I'd love to hear it.
