Just a comment - I upgraded from 8.1 to 9 and have had nothing but problems! Total kernel32.dll errors causing IE to shut down. It's taken me 3 days to get rid of 9. I wanted 8 back but the website will only download 9. So I removed 9, then installed 7 that I had saved from an earlier download. Guess my message is twofold: Be careful with 9 Save downloaded files in case you need to go back to them. Good luck! Paula
