Printing a folded booklet within Adobe Reader 8?

Can anyone tell me how to print a folded booklet using Adobe Reader 8?

I have the Epson R200 and am having great difficulty doing this.

It is Adobe Reader v 8.1.3

So far it has done it but each other page has been upside down. When I
have tried again it has printed it with 4 pages on one side of an A4!

What I want is to print 4 pages of the A4 Adobe file over both side of
an A4 paper. So printing on both sides in landscape so I can make it
into a folded booklet. 2 Pages to one side A4.

So for example if it was 4 pages in the Adobe file in total I would
have page 4 on the first half of one side of the A4, with Page 1 on
the second half of that page, then overleaf would be page 2 and 3. So
when folded it would be page 1, over would be page 2 and across page
3, then over on the back page 4. It would all be the same way up too.

What options do I need to select to get this done properly in both
Adobe and the Epson Printer Settings?

Thanks

John
