I would like to create a utility for automated bulk printing that routes PDFs to different printer queues by matching the characteristics of the document (i.e. largest page size, color or black and white) to the printer capabilities. Using IAC, I can find the largest page size with PDPage.GetSize to determine if the document needs to go to a wide-format printer. How can I determine if color exists in the document, so that I know to route it to a color printer? Thanks, Bruce

There are no API available at the IAC level to do that. You will need to write a custom plugin to Acrobat and write some low level calls...

Bummer. Back to the drawing board. Thanks, Leonard
