Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to display the commenting toolbar
on open of a PDF when displayed within the browser.  I'm using Acrobat
v9.  This is a first for me with the Acrobat SDK.

I discovered JS code that will allow me to toggle the toolbar display,
but am running into a road block when looking for a way to figure out
if the toolbar is already displayed on open.  Figure it would be
something simple like a property for the toolbar.  Anyone come across
this information?  I tried the SDK docs and and samples but none lead
me to the information I need, so far.

Any help is appreciated.
