Split layer of image sequence for every frame

I was wondering if someone had a script that could cut up an image sequence (precomp) so that every frame is split onto its own layer.

Currently, I'm doing this manually, on a sequence that was stabalized. Afterwards, I move all the frames to frame 0, so that I have my complete background, rather than a movie of the background panning.

Thanks for your help,
-Dave
