it is possible to render with the render queue many files at once or one after the other.
If it's possible can someone tell me how to do this.

Sure.
Just add multiple comps/output modules to the queue before hitting render.
If you want to render multiple projects, you can import multiple projects into a single "render project", and set all of the comps to render in the queue.
