Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help me? I'm using AE6 and am simply moving a text layer from position a to position b horizontally, nothing fancy yet. When I play it back the text is not moving smooth. I know my my computer is specked ok. could it be an issue with latency? lower field?upper field? progressive? It kinda looks flashy. I have the export quality on best. I see the same issue on tv sometimes. But I also see some animations that I would expect to see the problem not have it. So I know it can be resolved.

I'm playing it back on a 37 inch LCD 1280 x 768. So my AE6 file is made to same res as the screen for an awesome image quality - 25fps. Before someone says you can't do that. I have other animations running on it well. I know it's a software issue not hardware. My file is compressed using indeo 5.11 and is only 12mg playing through windows media player. Any suggestions would be great, is there a magic button?
