Possible to convert effects-created text (not tool text) into outlines in AE 6.0?

I've created titles using the text effects menu on a shape instead of using the text tool. But effects-based text can't be converted into outlines so I can move the AE file onto another computer which doesn't have the font...or can it? Anyone done this, or do I have to recreate all the filter effects onto new layers?
