install fonts not showing up on file menu

have downloaded several fonts to install, using winzip to unzip fonts, but adobe is not giving me an option to install fonts under the file menu- in fact, it is not even listed there- what to do?? After i unzip the file's, it shows the sample page correctly- so it seems as though the download was correct.. I am using the windows me edition 4.0 to run this program. I have tried all options listed under support and none of them apply to my problem.
