We haven't checked the older versions of Font Folio, but it seems the PFM file is indeed missing for this font on Font Folio 11. Interestingly, this past week is the first we've heard of it. I guess not many people are using the old Type 1 version of the font. We deeply regret any trouble this may have caused you, and we're working on figuring out one or more ways to make this generally available to affected customers.
