How do I register at AtmoStats?

I have my user account at AtmoStats, but no matter how many times I try to register my world, regardless of which browser I use and which options I select, I always end up at a blank page with no record of my efforts in the "pending" list. Nor have I been able to find a trace of how to get a World ID, though the page keeps telling me to look in the help section of the Members area. Any ideas on why this is happening?
