Using Reason as MIDI output

I also posted this in the general Audition forum:

I have Adobe Audition 1.5 and Reason 2.0. I have also used Reason 2.0 with Sonar 2.0. In Sonar I have the ability to set the output of a midi track to the Reason Rewire device, then use the channel select to select the channel to use from Reason.

Is this possible using the rewire support in Audition? I know how to set Audition as a Rewire host and select Reason. However, all this appears to do is create a track in Audition to receive the output from reason. When I add a MIDI track to Audition, the only options it gives me for MIDI output are my soundcard, MS MIDI Mapper, and MS GS Wavetable SW Synth.

Is there anyway to have reason show up as a SW Synth in Audition like I can in Sonar? In Sonar I didn't have to do anything special. I just added Reason as a rewire device and it automatically shows up as an option for midi output.

Thanks,

Chris
