I need to install a 3rd party plugin in Audition3's VST folder which I cannot find in the program files. There is a VSTi folder but if the plugin is installed here it doesn't show up in the list of installed plugins. I request your help will greatly appreciate it.

They can go in any folder provided Audition knows about it by using the Add/Remove VST Directory in the Effects menu. You will have to Refresh Effects List in order for Audition to see it.

I followed the procedure and the plugin's directory is visible in the 'Add/Remove VST Directory'. However, the 'VST Plug-In Manager' is not seeing it and therefore I cannot enable the VST plugin's effects. Am I missing a step?
Thank you for you kindness.
