How do I slow playback to record high harmony vocals?

I would like to use the "Beatles" harmony technique and I can't figure out whether or not Audition 1.5 can do it.

I would like to slow the playback (and lower the pitch one whole step) of a song so that I can sing a high harmony vocal track. Once I've recorded the harmony vocals, I'd like to speed both back up to normal.

Can Audition 1.5 do this?

Thanks!
