What i meant is how can i make volume adjustments automatically on microphones
before or during sessions.
You can't - that would be AGC in all but name. What you are supposed to do is set the gain of the mic channel so that whatever source you have doesn't overload it; this invariably involves leaving what is known as 'headroom'. In other words, even when you've found out what the loudest sound is going to be, you leave a little gain in hand, because inevitably what happens in rehearsals gets slightly louder during takes.
In a multi-mic situation where you want to retain some degree of control over relative levels from different mics to keep a balance, it's quite normal to 'ride the level' on the offending ones - in other words you gently alter the level of that mic channel fader on the mixer. But this is an artistic judgement, and you wouldn't ever do this using any sort of automatic system.
