i'm having the same problem. i have a sound blaster audigy 2 sound card. i have my guitar plugged into the line in jack. i want to record a guitar track on top of an mp3. the mp3 is in track 1, and track 2 is armed to record. but the only options i have for in and out on both tracks is "sb audigy audio." i can't specify the line in jack. so when i record, i record my guitar and the mp3 into 1 track. does anyone know how to specify the source of the sound, and restrict the other tracks to ONLY playback, and not record?
