Well, I'm having exactly the same problem; however, I'm using Audition 3 and the latest version of the vuplayer plug-in. Recording at 24/192, I can make a recording about 30 minutes in length without any problem. However, if I try to make a recording that's 60 minutes in length, I get the same error message as reported by diedin. I can save the file just fine as a .wav file, although Audition will split the file into two files (since the file is greater than 4gb).

Anyone have any thoughts?
